Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration & Verification

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may register only one account on l3333. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared payment methods, or shared IP addresses — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. l3333 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to forfeit balances held in any duplicate accounts.

4.2 KYC Identity Verification

l3333 is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, before accepting deposits above specified thresholds. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued national identity card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport

4.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided at registration — including your name, date of birth, address, and contact information — are truthful and accurate. l3333 may void bets, cancel bonuses, and withhold withdrawals where account information is found to be false or inconsistent with verified identity documents.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your l3333 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

l3333 will never contact you by any channel to request your password or OTP. Any communication purporting to be from l3333 that requests your credentials should be treated as fraudulent, and you should contact our support team immediately.

You agree to notify l3333 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting our support team via email at [email protected] or through the live chat facility available from your account dashboard. l3333 will not be held liable for any losses you incur prior to the notification of unauthorised access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

l3333 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to provide an additional layer of protection for your account. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

l3333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and other payment methods as may be added or removed from time to time at l3333's discretion. All transactions are denominated in BDT.

6.2 Own-Name Transactions Only

You must only use payment accounts and methods that are registered in your own legal name and that match the name on your verified l3333 account. Deposits or withdrawals made via third-party payment accounts — including those belonging to friends, family members, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. Transactions identified as originating from third-party payment sources may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.3 Minimum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the verification status of your account. 6.4 Withdrawal Processing

6.5 No Fees

6.6 Withdrawal of Real-Money Funds Only

Only real-money funds — those deposited by the player and not subject to active wagering requirements — are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

Bonuses & Promotions

• Each player is entitled to claim each specific bonus offer only once unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain uncleared at the expiry of the promotional period will be removed from the account balance without notice.

7.2 Abuse of Bonuses

Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to using bonus funds to make low-risk or hedged bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk — constitutes bonus abuse. l3333 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and close the accounts of players found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Betting Markets

Prohibited Conduct
